Design and maintain a multi-module SuperApp serving 1,000+ active users across multiple business domains. Deliver production modules end-to-end including the Business Travel Request (BTR) system, integrate face recognition attendance validation to reduce fraudulent check-ins, and build real-time chatbot features using WebSocket with the AI engineering team. Own production support for five live applications (QHSE, FMS, RAA, 001M, ESS), improve crash detection with Firebase Crashlytics and structured logging, perform root-cause analysis using Grafana, and build automated incident alerts via Crashlytics → n8n → Microsoft Teams.

Built two production mobile applications (Putter and MHC) from architecture to App Store and Play Store release, implementing reservation, scoring, and operational systems for club-level usage. Managed full release cycles including signing and submission, refactored and maintained a native Kotlin PPOB application with 5,000+ users, and worked directly with clients to translate business requirements into complete technical solutions supported by technical documentation and flow diagrams.

Developed custom WordPress websites, landing pages, and CMS components for client projects, improved SEO performance through structured optimization and analytics, and designed UI/UX wireframes and prototypes to refine user journeys and interface clarity.

Contributed to internal ERP systems including attendance management, illness reporting, and Kaizen modules, wrote and optimized SQL queries on PostgreSQL and MySQL, and implemented backend and frontend features using PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CodeIgniter.
